Thy has a wonderful team. They are pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. The office is always clean and comfortable and they always have a great selection of glasses to choose from. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Front staff is very Welcoming! You get greeted by a warm smile and are taken care of thoroughly! The whole process is so smooth and everyone is kind and very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!

Dr. Nguyen and the staff at Epic Eyecare were amazing and incredibly helpful during my visit. The team answered all of my questions during check-in and made the entire appointment process smooth and efficient. Dr. Nguyen was kind, professional, and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to clearly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which made me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. Dr. Dalena and the support staff here are amazing!! Each step in the exam was thoroughly explained; they were all very helpful and patient in answering any questions I had regarding my prescription!

Miss Karina at the front desk and Miss Erica are very nice, friendly and very professional and they made my experience really great today. Dr. Dalena and Mr. Luis were also fantastic and very nice! 🩷🩵

I have been coming here for over 5 years and have always felt welcomed. Meeting the new provider, Dr. Delena Nguyen, I will say the vibes are amazing, she takes her time with you and is very helpful when it comes to any questions that you may have. All her staff and Luis as well give great positive and friendly vibes. I will definitely continue to come here and recommend this place to anyone I know!!!

Was skeptical coming here because of the last couple reviews but Dr. Dalena was super nice to me and my wife and Luis was happy to help us choose our frames and answer any questions. Overall everyone was super nice and had great vibes 👍🏾

I’ve consistently had pleasant experiences here over the past several years. Although some of the staff members were new to me during this visit, they were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. While I would appreciate a wider selection of designer frames, I was still able to find a pair that I truly like.

Dr. Hoang is great! Very personable and provided a variety of suggestions for contact lenses for us to choose from. Had both siblings fitted here for eye glasses and while the glasses are expensive, the eye exams were quick and accurate!

I have been seeing Dr. Tran for about 8 years now, maybe longer? Even though I have moved further and further away during that time (I am now over an hour away), I continue to come here because everyone is so nice and welcoming. The receptionists are always super respectful and helpful. Everyone else is incredibly patient with me, especially when I have to walk around the office with no contacts and have to feel my way around because I am BLIND. Dr. Tran’s exams are little fast paced but I don’t mind. He’s pretty laid back but still very professional. I like being able to crack too jokes without feeling weird/ awkward and I feel safe enough to do that here. I’ve never had any communication issues and everything is always explained to me so there aren’t any surprises. I really appreciate that and will continue to come here as long as it’s open.
